Zion Johnson
Founder and Director
Zion is the Founder of Gloves of Hope with extensive experience in boxing, boxing coaching and philanthropy.
Winning the BUCS national championship and learning from Anthony Joshua and his coaching team during his stint as Vice-Chair of Loughborough Boxing Club.
Along with being awarded awards from both the High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire and the Mayor of Milton Keynes for services to the people.

Kuldip Rohit
Head Architect
Kuldip Rohit is an accomplished international architect. Leading the build for Gloves of Hope: Tanzania along with a great number of other award winning projects. Ranging from the Philippines, Japan, China and the UK.

Amber (Ambs) Wright
Creative and Media Director
Amber (Ambs) Wright is an accomplished creative and media director. Supporting Gloves of Hope to reach 50,000 people through various media channels. She has great experience in a variety of different fields ranging from creative management and marketing of hospitality business, charities and ancillary work on a number of clients.

Alex Magaga
Director of Tanzanian Affairs
Alex has a long and storied background in the human rights and charity sector. Co-Founding Standing Voice, appearing on the BBC for his work in reducing anti-albinism violence and supporting people with Albinism.
He is passionate about boxing and is responsible for the Tanzanian gym and the ongoing programmes in Tanzania,

How do you ensure the sustainability of your projects?
We prioritise community ownership, involving local leaders and members in decision-making and management. We also provide training and resources to ensure the gyms and programs can continue independently over the long term.
Is Gloves of Hope a registered charity?
We are aiming to become a registered charity in the immediate future; however we partner with registered charities in the delivery of the project, and all expenses are recorded and open to our donors.
